Description
Moorside Farmhouse and barn are a 17th-century farmhouse with an attached barn, altered in the 18th century. The building is constructed of stone with a stone slate roof. The farmhouse is two storeys high and features a double-chamfered mullion window beneath a wooden moulding, with the decorative terminals converted into a doorway with a porch. Some mullion windows are flat-faced, while others were added in the 20th century. A blocked 17th-century window is visible in the gable. The barn, attached to the west, has a segmental-arched cart entrance.
