Description

High Ash Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse situated on Keighley Street Lane, West Morton. The building is constructed of stone with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and two one-window wings projecting to either side of a central block which features chamfered, projecting quoins. A central doorway is present. Each side of the central block has a four-light mullioned window on each floor. The projecting wings are in a similar style, with a four-light mullioned window on each floor; the right-hand wing has a more modern window built in the older style. Kneelers are visible on the roof. A projecting stack is located on the end of the left wing.
