Description
Croft House is an 18th-century house with a later addition, located on the north side of Croft Road in East Morton. The building is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and two first-floor windows, with an added bay on the left side. The right side has quoins. At the center, there is a 20th-century glazed door set in a stone architrave, which is fronted by a 20th-century gabled porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light flat-faced mullion windows with 20th-century glazing and shutters on both floors. The added bay, which is set at an angle, includes a 20th-century glazed door and a 20th-century window with glazing bars above, all within a plain stone surround. The house features shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, along with end and ridge stacks.
