KEIGHLEY ILKLEY ROAD (North West, off) Former farmhouse to South Of Rivock Farm

Farmhouse, now farmbuilding. C17 with late C18 and C20 alterations and additions. Coursed dressed stone with ashlar dressings, stone slate roof and single stone gable stack. Quoins. Ashlar coped gables with kneelers and unusual finials. 2 storey. South an external stone staircase with upper floor doorway and anoth front, partly obscured by C20 temporary lean-to additions. Original C17 doorway to right with chamfered ashlar surround and massive lintel, to left 5-light and then 2-light chamfered mullion windows and beyond 2 late C18 doorways with flush ashlar surrounds. Above chamfered first floor band and to right former mullion window partly collapsed. To left 3-light chamfered mullion window, then blocked single light window with beyond C19 sash in chamfered opening. East gable wall has single upper floor chamfered window opening. Rear facade has small chamfered window opening and to right er large opening to left.
