Description

The Joseph Smith Obelisk is a mid to late 19th-century structure located at the western end of the main avenue in Undercliffe Cemetery. This tall obelisk, made of grey granite, was erected in memory of Joseph Smith, who served as the agent for the cemetery company. It stands as a prominent landmark within the cemetery.
