Description

The Kemp Memorial is a cemetery monument from the mid to late 19th century. It features a tall obelisk topped with a finial and includes crocketted gables and small buttresses. The memorial stands on a plinth accessed by two steps. The original low cast iron railings surrounding the memorial are still intact.
