Description

VICTORIA ROAD 1. 5411 (North Side) No 13 (Rock Villa) ST 8659 8/390 II GV 2. Mid C19. 2 storey ashlar house joined to Nos 15 and 17. Georgian style. Raised plinth, band over ground floor, modillion cornice, parapet. Slate roof. Gable end ashlar chimneys with moulded bracketted cornices. 2 ranges of windows, late glazed sashes with marginal glazing, and keystones; small central round headed window on 1st floor. Projecting porch to centre with chamfered piers, arches at sides and moulded plinth. Segmental headed doorway with plain light over and 4 panel door.

Nos 13 to 17 (odd) form a group with walls and gatepiers to No 13.
