Description
Rock Villa is a mid-19th century, two-storey house located on Victoria Road. Built in the Georgian style, it is constructed of ashlar and is connected to Nos 15 and 17. The house features a raised plinth, a band above the ground floor, a modillion cornice, and a parapet, topped with a slate roof. The gable end has ashlar chimneys with moulded bracketed cornices.
There are two ranges of windows, which are late glazed sashes with marginal glazing and keystones, along with a small central round-headed window on the first floor. The central projecting porch has chamfered piers, arches on the sides, and a moulded plinth. The doorway is segmental headed, with a plain light above and a four-panel door.
Nos 13 to 17 (odd) are part of a group that includes the walls and gatepiers to No 13.
