Description

Nos 1 and 3 Ellar Carr Road date from around 1800 and form a pair of cottages. They are built of sandstone "brick" with flush quoins. The roofs are covered in stone slate, with saddlestones visible. Each cottage has three-light framed square mullion windows on both floors. The doorways have plain, squared jambs.
