Description

This is a pair of cottages, built around 1800, constructed from sandstone that appears like brickwork and topped with a roof of stone slate held in place by saddlestones. Each cottage features two square windows with mullion frames, and doorways with squared jambs. The cottages are situated at the entrance to Knights Fold. They are included on the heritage list for their contribution to the wider group value of the surrounding buildings.
