Description

The George and Dragon Public House, located on Dracup Road in Upper Green, is a public house built around 1800-1820. It is a two-storey structure made of painted sandstone brick and features a stone slate roof with flanking chimneys. The building has two square mullioned canted bay windows on the front, each with hipped roofs. There is a slightly recessed entrance bay that includes a plain doorway and a square mullioned window above it. The property also includes No 734 Great Horton Road.
