Description
This is a circa 1855-60 terrace of six sandstone houses with ashlar dressings, located on the west side of Grove Terrace, BD7. The houses are two storeys high with basements and exhibit Italianate detailing. The end houses have pedimented features, while the first floor incorporates colonnetted tripartite windows and the ground floor features canted bays. Pilastered round-headed doorways are present. The terrace is included on the list for its group value as an example of mid-19th century building construction during a period of considerable development.
