Description

The front garden wall with six piers at Ponden Hall dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed stone and ashlar. The wall is low and features ashlar coping, interrupted by square piers made of rusticated ashlar. Each pier has a plinth, ogee-moulded capstone, and a pineapple finial on top.
