Description
This is a group of three houses, numbered 70, 72, and 74, located on Little Horton Lane. They were built around 1870-1880 in a Gothic style. The houses are constructed from sandstone that resembles brickwork. They feature steep gables with decorative bargeboards, framing the central house. The windows are square-mullioned with leaded sashes, and the roofs are hipped with slate. The ground floor windows have canted bays. The buildings are included in the heritage register primarily for their contribution to the architectural character of the surrounding area.
