Description

No. 23 Lyon Road is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features rendered and pebble-dashed walls with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and a three-bay facade. The central doorway is framed by monolithic jambs and topped with a triangular pediment. The first bay includes a three-light, stepped, flat-faced mullioned window on both floors, with the central light being a sash window. The third bay has a single sash window on the ground floor and a two-light window above it. The house is equipped with gable stacks.
