Description

Ivy House is a late 18th-century house located on Lyon Road in Eastburn. The house is constructed from thin-coursed rubble with ashlar quoins, and has a stone slate roof. It has a symmetrical facade of three bays. The central doorway features monolithic jambs and a triangular pediment. Above the doorway is a rectangular window with plain stone surrounds. The outer bays contain simple Venetian windows with keystones to each floor. The windows have been altered. The house has coped gables with kneelers and stacks.
