Lodge, now house. c1830. Ashlar with ashlar dressings and stone slate roof with coped rear wall stack. Plinth, first floor band, single coped gable. 2 storeys; 3 window range. Windows are 2-light wooden casements. Projecting pedimented centre has a single window, flanked by single similar windows. Below, pilastered stone doorcase with cornice, and door with overlight. To right, a single window. To left, a canted stone bay window with 2-light casement. INTERIOR not inspected. One of the ancillary buildings to Hillsborough Hall (qv).
