Description
Caretaker's house at Hillsborough Schools, built in the late 19th century, is likely designed by Wilson & Masters for the Ecclesfield School Board. The structure is made of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and features slate roofs, including a large coped rear wall stack. It has an L-plan layout and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The front facade includes two windows, with a single window and door below. The rear wing has a single window above and a double sash window below, which features a stone mullion. The interior has not been inspected. This building serves as an ancillary structure to Hillsborough Nursery, First and Middle Schools.
