Boundary wall, railing and gates. 1880. By ER Robson. For the Sheffield School Board. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and cast-iron railing and gates. Low wall with stepped chamfered coping, carrying lattice-work railing. Approx 100m long. In the centre and to left, a pair of square ashlar piers with domed caps and pairs of gates. To right, a pair of similar piers to a smaller gateway. Beyond, a stone wall with rounded corner and stepped triangular coping, fronting Myrtle Road. Approx 70m long. An ancillary building to Heeley Bank Community Centre (qv). Included for group value. (Researches by G Hague, Sheffield City Council).
