Description

The coach house and stable, now used as a store, is located 20 metres north-west of Hillsborough Hall. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of ashlar with a hipped artificial slate roof. The building features double rebated eaves and a slightly projecting center under a pediment. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The central window is a stone mullioned design, with a half-round window above it in the pediment. On either side of the central window, there are reglazed square windows. The central segmental carriage opening has a pair of 20th-century doors, with an altered stone mullioned window to the left and a plain sash window to the right. The left side of the building has a central doorway with an unglazed Diocletian window above it. The rear of the building features three round windows and a central blocked doorway with an overlight. The interior has not been inspected.
