Description
These gateway and boundary walls date from around 1870. They are constructed from coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings. The gateway itself features concave flanking walls with moulded coping, centered between two round gate piers with moulded bases. Flanking the gateway are two larger square stone piers, each with an ashlar plinth and a moulded square cap. A boundary wall, approximately 200 metres in length, runs alongside, with gabled coping along its top. The walls are included in the listing for their group value, relating to the wider historic landscape.
