Description
No. 2 Hatfield House Court is a house dating from the late 16th century, with 19th and late 20th century alterations. It features box framing with rendered nogging, coursed rubble, and a pebbledashed east gable, topped with an asbestos tile roof that has a single brick ridge stack. The framing includes a mid rail and arch braces. The windows are from the 20th century. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. The south front has a recessed bay on the left with a single window and a glazed door, along with three small windows above. To the right, there are three larger casement windows and two similar casements above. The left gable has a rubble ground floor and 19th century brick above, with single windows on each floor. There is an adjoining late 19th century shed that has a single window. The interior has not been inspected.
