Description

No. 10 High Street is a house that likely dates from the early 16th century. It features a timber frame with small framing and rendered infill panels, topped by a 20th-century asbestos slate roof. The building has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The front has a two-window range of 19th-century casements at the ground floor, with a door located between them. There is a dormer window on the right side and a brick stack at the ridge. The rear of the house is similar but has been partially rebuilt in stone. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
