Description

This is an outbuilding dating from the mid-18th century, located approximately 15 metres to the west of South Farm House. It is constructed from squared rubble sandstone and features an old pantile roof. The building is single-storey with a two-room plan. The right-hand section has a boarded door with a roughly-tooled bonded surround, positioned to the left of a three-light casement window that is in an original square-faced surround, although the stone mullions have been removed. The left-hand section has a similar door and a smaller window to its left. The building also has shaped kneelers and gable copings, along with a truncated end stack on the right. It is included for its group value.
