House. Early C19. Coursed, squared sandstone; brick to left return and rear; stone slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, two 1st-floor windows. Large quoins. To left: panelled door with overlight in quoined surround (shares end quoins of No 29). Sash with glazing bars to right has projecting sill and tooled lintel; similar window above; small 6-pane casement above door. Shaped kneelers and square-cut gable copings. Brick end-stacks, left stack projects from gable. Left return: brick water-tabling. Right return: roughcast. Included for group value.
