Description

This is a house located east of The Cottage, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of coursed squared sandstone with quoins and features a stone-slated roof. The building has two storeys and two windows. There is a boarded door on the right, which is set under a flat stone lintel. The left bay has 16-pane sash windows, while there is a 12-pane sash window above the door, all with similar flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills. An end stone chimney is also present. This house is included for its group value.
