Description
The garden wall and dog shelter located north of Frosterley House date from around 1840. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features oblique round coping stones. The dog shelter is stone-flagged and is integrated into the high garden wall, which curves around the east side of the garden behind Frosterley House. On the east side of the wall, there is a ground-level recess that is sheltered by large stone flags tilted into the wall-face, facing an arched entrance to the yard.
