Description
Home Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse built from deeply-coursed, dressed limestone with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three windows on the first floor. To the left, there is a single-bay, lean-to addition that is set back from the main structure. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with an overlight that has margin-light glazing, all framed by a projecting ashlar surround with a cornice. The flanking windows are sashes with glazing bars, featuring projecting sills and square-faced surrounds, and similar windows are found on the first floor. The farmhouse has deep eaves and a hipped roof with tabled end stacks. The addition to the left includes a sash window with glazing bars below an unequally-hung nine-pane sash.
