Description

The Rose Pergola in The Grove is a cast iron structure built around 1860 and restored in 1995. It has a curved design featuring 23 tall, thin iron columns on each side, each topped with an ornate finial. Pairs of columns are connected by iron arches, and these arches are further linked at their apex by a single iron rib. Additionally, there are six arched entrances on either side that provide access to the surrounding formal beds.
