Small house. Dated 'I M 1741', altered. Red brick in English garden wall bond, renewed pantile roof. One-storey and attic, three-room plan with continuous outshut. Doorway to right of centre has part-glazed panelled door and blind overlight beneath flat brick arch; datestone over. Sixteen-pane sashes with projecting stone sills and flat brick arches to each room; later casements in gabled dormer over central window. Brick eaves band. Shaped kneelers and gable copings. Brick end stacks and ridge stack to left of dormer.
Interior: stop-chamfered spine bead to central room which also has a basket-arched fireplace. Stone staircase, two lime-ash floors.
