Description

This is a three-bay house, built around 1835 and later altered, now serving as offices. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a hipped slate roof. The exterior features a stone plinth, a stone band above the ground floor, and a modillion gutter cornice. The windows are glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick flat arches. The ground-floor windows are tripartite, with segmental brick super-arches and a moulded stone impost band that is truncated on the right-hand side. The doorcase, located in the right-hand bay, has reeded engaged columns, frieze blocks with diagonal decoration, an open pediment, and an elliptical fanlight above a six-panel door with panelled reveals. Chimneys are situated to the left and right of the building. The interior was not inspected.
