Description

No. 19 High Ousegate is a house that has been converted into a shop. It was built in the early 18th century and features a 20th-century shopfront. The exterior is finished in stucco with a timber cornice, and it has a steeply pitched pantile roof that includes a flat-topped dormer and a brick chimney stack. The building has three storeys and an attic, with a two-window front. The first floor has one-pane sash windows, while the second floor features 12-pane sash windows alongside a 20th-century cross window. A bold moulded cornice is supported by block brackets. The interior has not been inspected.
