Description

No. 7 Mardol Head is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the early 18th century but has been largely rebuilt. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a plain tiled roof. It has three storeys and a three-window range. A modern shop front has been inserted, and above it are 12-pane sash windows with cambered heads and stuccoed keystones. There is a string course at the first floor level and two gabled dormers in the roof. The corners of the building are marked by angle quoins.
