Description

Number 13 on Burgate is a building from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has two storeys and is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The façade features three flush windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, set beneath stucco flat arches. The entrance is framed by a Doric door surround with pilasters and an entablature, and the door itself has four panels. The building has a plinth and tumbled brickwork on the gable ends, with stacks located at the gable ends. Number 13 and number 15 together form a group.
