Description

The northern boundary wall of Sidmouth Street School in Kingston upon Hull was constructed between 1911 and 1912 by Joseph H. Hirst, the City Architect. This boundary wall is made of brick and features gabled blue brick coping. It has intermediate square piers topped with flat caps. Near the center, there is a gateway with plain brick piers, and to the left, another gateway is flanked by a pair of square brick gatepiers that have ball finials. The wall is included in the listing for its group value.
