Description

HUMBLETON FITLING ROAD TA 23 SW (west end, off) 7/47 Ivy Cottage II House and school. Early C19. Brown brick in English garden wall bond, graduated slate roofs. House: 2 storeys, 2 bays, symmetrical elevation. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with overlight, flanked by 16-pane sashes with sills, all under wedge lintels. First floor: two 16-pane sashes with sills under wedge lintels. Axial stack, hipped roof. School: single storey, 3 bays. Three 20-pane round-headed sashes under brick arches. Hipped roof.
