Description

Humbleton Hall is an early 19th-century house situated on the north side of Fitling Road, Holderness, Humberside. The building is constructed of red brick, with the front colour-washed. It has a graduated slate roof. The house is two storeys high and five bays wide, arranged as a 2:1:2 bay composition. The ground floor features a four-panel door within a Tuscan porch. To the right and left of the central bay, there are bows that rise through the full height of the house. Sashes with glazing bars and sills are set beneath wedge lintels. The first floor has five similar sashes. Axial stacks are present, supporting a hipped roof. Quadrant walls are located alongside the main building, featuring boarded doors beneath fanlights with radial glazing. These walls have ramped and coped parapets.
