Description

The Vicarage is a vicarage built around 1840. It is constructed of grey brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the outer bays slightly projecting forward under separate gables. The entrance consists of a panelled door beneath a fanlight with radial glazing, all set within a pilastered doorcase that has a panelled soffit and reveals. There are canted bays on both the right and left sides, which have Gothick glazing and are topped with hood-moulds. On the first floor, there are three two-light windows with Gothick glazing bars, also under hood-moulds. The eaves are adorned with ornamental bargeboards, and there are stacks on the rear wall.
