Description
This is a mid-19th century Gothic-style house located on the south side of Westwood Road, Beverley. It is two storeys high with an attic, constructed of brick and rendered externally, and has a Welsh slate roof with a single dormer and coped gable ends. The front elevation features two windows and a doorway, each with rectangular dripmoulds. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars. The door consists of four fielded panels, featuring a central panel decorated with three quatrefoils, and is topped by a four-centred fanlight of four lights. A plinth runs along the base of the building.
