House. c1840. Render over brick with Welsh slate roof. Neo-Gothic style. 2 storeys, 3-window range with advanced central gable housing entrance in projecting flat-roofed porch with traceried panelled door in 4-centred arch. 2-light mullioned and transomed windows with hoodmoulds each side of doorway on each floor, 3-light window over door, and lancet in gable apex. Bargeboards with pendant finial to gable. Return elevations have 3-light traceried mullioned window over large 3-light canted mullioned and transomed bay window, with lancet in apex. End wall stacks, truncated. Rear wing. INTERIOR not inspected. (Ordnance Survey First Edition: 1848-).
