Description
Cliff House is a house built around 1840, featuring a stucco exterior over a brick structure and a hipped plain-tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range, with its main elevation positioned at right angles to the street. The facade facing the street includes a steep pedimented porch on the right, which conceals a lean-to verandah that extends along the front. The central entrance is accessed from the verandah. The windows have been renewed but remain in their original openings, featuring entablatures supported by console brackets on the ground floor, stressed architraves, and a continuous sill-band on the first floor. The house has axial stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
