Description

Town Farmhouse is a house built in the mid-18th century. It features brown brick in Flemish bond and has a pantiled roof. The building has a central direct entry and a rear wing, standing two storeys tall with attics and a symmetrical elevation of three bays. The central entrance consists of a panelled door framed by a timber architrave, topped with a flat-headed gauged brick arch. Throughout the house, there are 4-pane sash windows set in timber architraves, with flat-headed gauged brick arches above the ground floor windows. The eaves cornice is stepped in brick, and there are end stacks with tumbled-in brick on the raised gables.
