Description

The barns at Town Farm are a mid-18th century structure built from red brick in English garden wall bond, featuring pantiled roofs. The barns form an L-shaped range, with the main elevation facing the street consisting of two storeys and three bays. There are ventilation holes on the ground floor and three pivoted taking-in doors on the upper floors. The building has a stepped eaves cornice and tumbled-in brickwork at the raised gables, which have rounded saddles. These barns are included for their group value.
