Description

Hill House is a house built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys, with a rendered eaves band and a plain brick-coped parapet. The roof is hipped, and there are projecting end stacks. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of three windows, which are recessed glazing-bar sashes with gauged brick voussoirs. To the left, there is a recessed semi-circular-headed panelled door with a plain fanlight, also set within an architrave with gauged brick voussoirs. At the back, there is a slightly earlier rear range.
