Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 4 metres to the north-east of the stable block at Rise Hall, is now used as stables. It dates from the early 19th century and has undergone some later alterations. The structure is built from pinkish brown brick in English garden wall bond and features a graduated Welsh slate roof. It is a single tall storey with two bays. The central entrance has 20th-century sliding plank doors, which are flanked by tall 18-pane sash windows set under flat arches made of red rubbed brick. The roof is hipped. This building is included for its group value with the nearby stable block.
