Description
No. 35 Boundary Road is a shop built around 1905 by Grayson and Ould. The building features roughcast on a brick base and has a tiled roof. It is two storeys tall with one bay, and there is a one-storey projecting bay on the right side. The first floor juts out on braces with pendants. The ground floor has a three-light bow window with segmental heads and spandrels that include bull's-eye glazing. Above, the first floor has a four-light leaded casement window. The entrance is located on the return side. The one-storey return bay has a three-light leaded casement and a cat-slide roof that forms a small porch with a canted angle. The return features a timber-framed gable and a stack that adjoins Nos. 37 to 43 (odd).
