Description

No. 3 Raby Road is a house built in the 1890s by Grayson and Ould. It features a timber frame set on a stone base and is topped with a stone slate roof. The building is one storey high and consists of two bays. The framing is simple, with posts and braces. It has a four-light canted oriel window with a hipped shingle roof. At the center, there is a gabled porch with open panels on the sides, supported by turned balusters, and a bench on the left side. The door has vertical strips. The house also has cross-axial and projecting gable-end stacks with octagonal shafts, and the right side has a projection with a hipped roof.
