Description
Trinity Cottage is a villa dating from 1842, with subsequent alterations. It is built in a Regency Tudor style and is constructed of painted scored stucco with a slate roof. The villa has a double-depth, double-fronted plan.
The exterior is symmetrical, with two storeys and a three-window range. The ground floor features a central doorway with a small Tudor-arched porch and a six-panel door with an overlight of three Tudor-arched lights. This is flanked by large canted bay windows with narrow Tudor-arched lights and horizontal glazing bars. The first floor has smaller three-light windows in a matching style, all with hoodmoulds. The roof has oversailing verges and gable chimneys.
The interior was not inspected during the listing process.
Trinity Cottage forms a group with numbers 15 and 17 to the left, and numbers 23 and 25 to the right.
