Description

These shops, numbered 101 to 107, date to the early 19th century. Number 101 bears a rainwater head dated 1822. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It comprises three storeys and two bays on numbers 101 to 105, with a single bay on number 107. The shop fronts are of 20th-century origin. Numbers 101 and 103 feature wedge lintels, and number 101 retains some glazing bars. Both numbers 101 and 103 have a blind window on the second floor. Numbers 105 and 107 have brick flat arches over sash windows, most of which contain glazing bars. A cornice runs along the whole block.
