Description

28 and 30 Falkner Street are two houses built in the 1820s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with three bays. The design includes a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, a top cornice, and a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The round-headed entrances are framed by Doric doorcases with fluted columns and complete fanlights. There are plain iron railings to the areas and steps. Notably, No. 30 has a six-panel door.
