Description

Nos. 20, 22, and 24 on Huskisson Street are three houses built in the 1830s. They are constructed of stucco and topped with a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and three bays. Architectural features include a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, a frieze and cornice above the first floor, a second-floor sill course, and a top entablature with a blocking course.

The ground floor windows have architraves and faceted aprons, while all windows are sashed with glazing bars. There are iron railings in front of the areas, and the steps have decorative heads. No. 20 features a blind window on the second floor and an entrance with angle pilasters and an entablature, although the detail has been removed, likely indicating the former presence of a porch. It has a half-glazed door and some missing railings. No. 22 includes an Ionic porch, a four-panel door, and an iron balcony on the first floor. No. 24 also has an Ionic porch and a half-glazed door.
